Preparation

Grasp dumbbells, stand upright with knees slightly flexed and hold hands to sides with elbow pointing backward and palms facing in.

Execution

Flex arms to raise dumbbells toward shoulders. Keep elbows in position. Return, keep arms slightly flexed. Repeat.
