Instructions

preparation

Attach ankle cuff to each ankle and lie on bench in prone position, knees just beyond edge of bench. Grasp opposite edge of bench with both hands.

execution

Flex knees to raise ankles toward glutes. Return, keep knees slightly flexed. Repeat.
