Instructions

preparation

Grasp two opposing low pulley stirrups and lie supine on incline bench. Keep arms slightly flexed and let elbows face down.

execution

Move arms toward each other above chest in an embracing motion. Keep elbows fixed and facing to sides in upper position. Return and repeat.
