Instructions

Preparation

Grasp bottles, stand upright and hold hands to sides with elbow slightly flexed.

Execution

Raise arms up to sides until upper arms are parallel to floor. Keep elbows fixed throughout motion. Return and repeat.

Variations / Comments

Hold hands slightly below elbows at top of motion.
